All classes run for 45 minutes and are wonderful way to connect with other members. Weekly class schedule is listed below. As a reminder open gym is not available during group classes. 

 

Monday - Friday (morning)

  • 8:15am
  • 9:15am    

Monday - Thursday (afternoon)

  • 4:30pm
  • 5:30pm         

Saturday (weekend)

  • 8:15am
